After 50+ years in the music field, I have decided to permanently retire from teaching.  It has been a pleasure to work with your child and share music with them.  Hopefully, they now have the basics to continue playing or go on for advanced study.  If not, they/ve received the basis for a life-long appreciation of music.

I will continue with the webpage, adding resources of musical interest.  Additionally, I'll add things of interest about pipe organs.  This was my profession --pipe organ building-- for a large part of my life.  Often referred to a "dying art," I feel that people -- especially young people -- don't know about these wonderful musical instruments.  So, I'll share my wealth of knowledge about them, and assure you this is a "living art."   Click on the Pipe Organ tab above.

But recently,  I decided to build a custom digital organ.  In short, real pipes are recorded, note by note, then loaded into special player software to play, and sound like a real pipe organ.   Click on the Virtual Organ tab above to find out more about this project.
